When using SVD for the data correlation matrix, the values of chi^2/dof
reported in the fit progress window (while the fit is running) are now
computed with a corrected definition of "dof", which was already
being used when reporting chi^2/dof for the the final fit result (or the start parameters)
in the main window. See the footnote on page 9 of the QMBF/MBF manual.
This change does NOT affect results for the fit parameters; only
the reported values of chi^2/dof in the fit progress window
when using SVD will change.
