Changes in QMBCFN 1.74:

- QMBCFN can now correctly read .mbcfn session files saved previously under a different operating system
(which may use different newline characters).

- It is no longer necessary to add a trailing slash to the output directory.

- Improved the structure of preprocessor directives, to ensure that the OS-X-specific changes introduced in version 1.72 really do not
affect the code under Linux.

- [OS X only] added up/down navigation using arrow keys in the "Constants" tab
